With a week to go before the Iron Bowl, Auburn hosts New Mexico State on Saturday as a final tune-up before this season’s edition of the SEC’s biggest rivalry.

Though New Mexico State is not be overlooked even with Alabama looming. The Aggies are 8-3 this season and winners of six in a row entering Saturday’s game.

Auburn comes in on a three-game winning streak of its own and playing the best it has all season. Last week, in a 48-10 win at Arkansas, Auburn put forth its most complete performance of the year.

Win again Saturday, and Auburn rides an even bigger swirl of momentum into the Iron Bowl.
