Lego’s hard-to-find Lego Atari 2600 is on sale but it won’t last long

It was the 1980s and nothing – absolutely nothing – made you cooler than getting your hands on the Atari 2600. The gaming console was among the first of its kind and introduced a generation to technological marvels such as Asteroids and Centipede.

Now, you can relive that experience thanks to Lego, which has an amazing – and hard-to-find Atari 2600 replica you can build with your favorite blocks. Lego’s Atari 2600 is now on sale for $191.99, marked down from the regular price of $239.99.

Each set comes with 2,532 pieces. The kit allows you to create a replica of the gaming console as well as joystick and three Atari gaming cartridges – Asteroids, Centipede and Adventure. It also comes with three scenes that allow you to capture the story of each game and a hidden 1980s scene to build for total nostalgia overload. You’ll be to spot the details like the classic TV, boom box, posters, retro phone and roller skates.

All of the artwork is inspired by the original system and games but with a touch of Lego imagination. You can order yours here.

As an added bonus, orders of $85 and more gets a free Fireworks Celebration Lego kit. That offer is good through July 7.
