According to Fox News, Trump’s approval rating is below that of former presidents Joe Biden (54%), Barack Obama (62%) and George W. Bush (63%) at the same point in their presidencies. It’s also lower than the 45% approval rating Trump received at the 100-day point in his first term.
Trump’s highest numbers come in his handling of border security, where 55% approve of the job he’s doing vs. 40% who disapprove. The president’s disapproval rating is higher than his approval rating in every other category, including immigration, deportations, guns, foreign policy and taxes. His highest disapproval numbers come in the Trump administration’s inflation (-26 points); tariffs (-25 points); and handling of the economy (-18 points).
