Lane Kiffin taps Joey Chestnut, who devours hot dogs at Ole Miss’ Grove Bowl Games

Good coaches make adjustments.

Count Lane Kiffin among them after shaking up his lineup Saturday in Ole Miss’ Grove Bowl Games.

A trailing Blue Team made up some ground on the red team when Kiffin called in hot dog-eating champion Joey Chestnut stepped up and took care of business in the hot dog-eating contest portion of the day.

Chestnut revealed Saturday he loves college football.

“I try to go to a couple of games a year,” Chestnut told SI on Saturday. “Last year, I went to an IU game, a Georgia game. I went to Athens last year. I do love college football, but they’re always Saturdays, and a lot of my events are Saturdays, so I don’t get to go to nearly as many as I’d like to. But I’m really hoping I can make it back out here for the Georgia game.”
