Kid Rock storms off Nashville stage, refuses to sing

Kid Rock warned the Nashville crowd.

They didn’t listen, so the entertainer walked off stage.

Kid Rock stormed off the stage after appearing as a special guest at a birthday celebration for Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan. Rock joined in singing “Proud Mary” by Creedence Clearwater Revival.

During the performance, Kid Rock stopped to make sure the crowd was participating.

“(F-word) them. (F-word) them. Hey, hey, stop,” the singer said. “If you ain’t gonna clap, we (ain’t) gonna sing. That’s how it’s gonna go.”

Rock then demonstrated what he was looking for. The crowd caught on but only clapped along to the song briefly before he stopped the performance again.

“You know what, (f-word) y’all,” he said. “You ain’t gonna clap, I’m gone.”
