Kickoff times, TV info for 6 Jax State football games
Kickoff times and television/streaming information was announced Wednesday for six of Jacksonville State’s 2023 football games.
The Gamecocks, moving up to FBS this season as a member of Conference USA, open the season Aug. 26 at home vs. UTEP. That game kicks off at 4:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
Jax State then hosts East Tennessee State on Sept. 2 at 1 p.m. and plays at Coastal Carolina on Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. Both of those games will stream live via ESPN+.
ON Sept 23, the Gamecocks host Eastern Michigan at 4 p.m. in a game that will air on an ESPN platform to be announced. The Nov. 18 game vs. Louisiana Tech kicks off at 1 p.m. and will also appear on an ESPN platform, as will the Nov. 25 game at New Mexico State, which kicks off at 3 p.m.
JSU then begins a series of midweek games on ESPNU, at Sam Houston on Thursday, Sept. 28 (7 p.m.); at Middle Tennessee on Wednesday, Oct. 4 (7 p.m.), at home vs. Tuesday, Liberty Oct. 10 (6:30 p.m.) and at home vs. Western Kentucky on Tuesday, Oct. 17 (6:30 p.m.). The Gamecocks play at Florida International on Wednesday, Oct. 25, on CBS Sports Network (6 p.m.).
