Kickoff time, TV channel set for Alabama football vs. Kentucky
Alabama football will face Kentucky in Lexington at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11, the SEC announced on Monday. The game will be aired on ESPN.
The Crimson Tide will be entering the game off of Saturday’s matchup with LSU at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It will be UA’s first road game since beating Texas A&M in College Station on Oct. 7.
The game will be Alabama’s second 11 a.m. kickoff of the season. The Tide beat Arkansas in Tuscaloosa earlier this year.
The Wildcats will be back at home after heading to Starkville this weekend to face Mississippi State. UK is currently 5-3 on the season, 2-3 in SEC play after losing 33-27 against Tennessee Saturday in Lexington.
Alabama won 63-3 last time the two teams met, 2020 in Tuscaloosa. The Crimson Tide has come out on top in the last seven matchups, dating back to 2003.
Kentucky’s last win in the series came in Lexington in 1997. Mike Dubose was Alabama’s head coach that season.
The Crimson Tide had an idle date on Saturday. Alabama avenged its 2022 loss to Tennessee on Oct. 21, taking down the Volunteers 34-20 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Alabama and LSU are scheduled to kick off at 6:45 p.m. Saturday in Tuscaloosa. The game will be aired on CBS, with ESPN’s College Gameday on location from UA’s campus.
