More on Lamar and SZA
Lamar, one of the most acclaimed hip-hop artists of this generation, is known for his unbelievable lyrics, stage presence and, overall, his unmistakable talent. The Compton native is currently #5 in the world on Spotify with over 107 million monthly listeners. Though every album he releases hits its mark, good kid m.A.A.d city, DAMN., and GNX are some of the most notable of his releases.
SZA, born in St. Louis, has become a global icon when it comes to modern music. She first grabbed the attention of listeners with her groundbreaking debut album Ctrl (2017) and by 2022 when her album SOS came out, she was already widely recognized as an influential R&B artist.
