A Jefferson County judge has ruled that a notorious Birmingham towing company must provide the opposing counsel with documentation intended to prove predatory behavior against multiple drivers over the course of a decade.

This comes after months of the company, Parking Enforcement Systems (PES), requesting additional time to provide information to Alabama Car Lawyer Mike Parrish on behalf of plaintiff Terry White. In late August, PES filed a motion to stay [halt] Parrish’s requests on the claim that they had no basis, according to court documents.
