Daniel Lambert, 57, of Hollytree has been arrested and charged with the murder of his neighbor Adam Douglas Cooner, 42.

On Nov. 4 at 3:09 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a shooting on a private drive located off of County Road 12 in the Hollytree community, according to a recent release. Upon arrival deputies located a deceased Cooner.

Lambert was arrested and charged with Murder for the shooting death of Cooner. Bond has not been set.

Jackson County Sheriff Rocky Harnen told WAFF that the pair had been feuding for years.
