There are plenty of ways to celebrate Independence Day but one of the most popular is an outdoor gathering with family and friends.

Americans plan to spend a mind-boggling $9.4 billion on food for the Fourth of July with another $4 billion spent on food and wine. That’s a whole lot of barbecues, cookouts and fun for all.

If you are one of the people who is hosting a celebration – or looking for something to bring – you will be glad to know Target is open regular hours on Independence Day. Store hours will be 8 a.m.-10 p.m., though some services and departments may have shorter holiday hours. Always check ahead with your location.
