Iron Bowl kickoff time, TV for Alabama vs Auburn announced by SEC

The kickoff time and TV information are set for the Iron Bowl in the annual matchup of Alabama vs Auburn.

Alabama football will face the Tigers at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC on Saturday, Nov. 30 at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

It will be the first time that Crimson Tide coach Kalen DeBoer will coach in the historic rivalry. Meanwhile, Auburn coach Hugh Freeze will be in his second Iron Bowl, having lost a season ago to Nick Saban and Alabama at Jordan-Hare Stadium thanks to the famous fourth-and-31 play in which Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe hit receiver Isaiah Bond in the end zone in the final minutes of the game to give the Crimson Tide the victory.

Milroe is back for another season while Bond now plays for Texas.

Auburn has not defeated Alabama in football since 2019, when Gus Malzahn was still coaching the Tigers. The Crimson Tide has won four consecutive games, going back to the 2020 season. It’s the longest winning streak Alabama has had against its in-state rivals since Paul “Bear” Bryant was coaching. Bryant and the Crimson Tide won nine consecutive games from 1973 through 1981.

Before the Iron Bowl, Alabama will face Oklahoma on the road this week and Auburn will play host to Texas A&M this weekend.
