Foley Perlmix LLC, a development group, paid $700,000 for 21 acres next to Old Time Pottery on Ala. 59 in Foley, according to Angela McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller. A new Dairy Queen has opened on property near Old Time Pottery.
A local investor paid $345,000 for a 5,200-square-foot office warehouse at 3715 Lakeside Drive S., in Mobile, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties.
M&T Construction & Painting paid $165,000 for two lots in Airway Commercial Park at Airway Park Drive in Mobile, and will use it for future development, according to John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the seller. Betbeze Realty Co., worked for the buyer. The 8-acre commercial park abuts the Mobile Regional Airport.
Fang & Claw Tattoo & Piercing Shop has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Olde Shell Plaza shopping center at 5546 Old Shell Road in Mobile, according to Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the tenant. Amber Hightower Dedeaux of Vallas Realty worked for the landlord.
An investor from Pensacola, FL., paid $140,000 for an 11,000-square-foot building at 5791 Swedetown Road N., in Theodore, according to John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. The building is divided into three units and the buyer plans to renovate and lease the space.
Frances H. Hollinger law firm and Day 1 Counseling will relocate to a 3,000-square-foot office building at 160 St. Emanuel St., in Fort Conde Village in Mobile, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. The law firm will occupy the ground floor and Day 1 Counseling will lease the second floor. Both businesses are moving from 109 N. Conception St., in Mobile.
ContainerPort Group has leased a 4.22 acre lot off Dauphin Island Parkway near the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in Mobile, according to Marietta Urquhart and Jamie Ison of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord.
A butcher shop is planned for a space at 8495 Spanish Fort Blvd., in Spanish Fort, and will sell pantry and pre-cooked items, according to the Spanish Fort Planning Commission.
