More restaurants, retail offerings and housing options are coming to Huntsville’s Stovehouse District off Governors Drive.

The offerings are part of a revitalization effort in the part of the city just across Memorial Parkway from the downtown core that includes the $400 million Mill Creek Choice Neighborhood Initiative that was recently awarded a $50 million federal grant and the $65 million Pinhook Creek project that includes a river-walk and “Skybridge” pedestrian bridge.
