Huntsville police seek man in connection with Tuesday homicide
Huntsville police are looking for a man in connection with a fatal shooting Tuesday.
According to police, the incident happened at 3902 Cobb Road at 10:47 p.m.
Officers in the area on an unrelated call located the victim, whose name has not yet been released, after hearing a loud altercation and gunshots.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Major Crimes Unit Investigators believe the shooting resulted following a verbal altercation between acquaintances.
Investigators are looking to speak with William Gonzalez, 24, in connection with the case.
Gonzalez is described as having brown hair and brown eyes.
According to police, Gonzalez may also go by the names Chino, Keven or David. He has at least one sleeve tattoo, and lion tattoos on his chest and back. The name “Ashley” is also tattooed on his inner arm.
