An investigator with Huntsville police was arrested early Friday morning.

According to Madison County jail records, Michael Riley Denoon, 52, was booked into the jail at 12:38 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

He bonded out less than an hour later.

According to a police spokesperson, the incident occurred off duty.
