How to watch this weekâs drama-filled episode of âRuPaulâs Drag Raceâ season 16, where to stream
The season 16 episode 5 premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race will air on MTV Friday, Feb. 2 at 8/7c.
If this season of RuPaul’s Drag Race has proven anything, it’s that drag queens can be petty and mean in the name of competition, especially Miss Plane Jane who arrived day one with the attitude that her fellow contestants weren’t even competition at all.
Throughout the first few episodes of the new season, we’ve already heard many of the negative things that Plane Jane has had to say about the other queen’s work, mostly unprovoked. However, previews for episode 5 of this season reveal that some of the other queens are not a fan of Plane Jane’s arrogant attitude and aren’t prepared to let it slide, especially Miss Amanda Tori Meating.
An all out argument between these two queens have been teased for a couple of weeks now following their disagreement during Untucked, and fans are anxious to finally see how this argument totally unravels this week.
As for this week’s maxi-challenge, the queens will be challenged write and perform their own verses for RuPaul songs from his new album.

How does RuPaul’s Drag Race work?
RuPaul’s Drag Race is a reality show in which a group of talented drag queens compete in challenges to impress host RuPaul Charles, the world’s most famous drag queen, to win a cash prize along with a crown and the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar.
Each episode consists of a main challenge, usually some form of performance, fashion design or both. The queens then participate in a themed runway show, where one is declared the winner of that week, while two others are announced to be up for elimination.
The bottom two must then compete to stay on the show with a lip-sync for their lives
