Housing inventory remains stable in Birmingham area as prices see a slight decrease
Jefferson County home prices dipped in July while the inventory of homes for sale on the market remained stable, according to data from the MLS national real estate portal.
According to MLS data provided by local realtor Marshall Malone, new listings in Jefferson County stayed the exact same (824) between June and July of this year. And median sale prices in the county fell nearly 10% from $311,312 to $282,542.
