A proposal to build a mixed-use development along heavily traveled Highway 119 in Hoover is shelved for now as developers retool their plan following ongoing resident opposition.

The 30-acre development proposal from EBSCO Industries and CR Endeavors included mixed-use commercial and residential development at Hoover’s Tattersall Park.
