Hoover Mayor Frank Brocato said this week that the city could be looking to dissolve their contract with AmWaste if ongoing service issues are not resolved soon after the city meets with the company later today.

“We’ve [the city] been gathering our data and all the information that we have that we feel like they need to address,” he said. “And essentially, that’s where we’ll get more in-depth information of how many trucks they have out, how many drivers they have, and some of the problems that they’ve been encountering and how they’re going to address that.”
