Watch out, Florida, Texas and Alabama. Tennessee’s coming for y’all.
Tennessee jumps into the competition on which state can be the absolute worst, most egregious, and yes, most deplorable red state of them all when it comes to basic human rights, freedom of speech, tolerance of gun violence and thirst for an authoritarian government.
They were peacefully protesting for a ban on assault weapons. What they got was an assault on their freedom of speech.
