‘Hoarders’ season 16 premiere: How to watch, where to stream free

An all new season of Hoarders is set to premiere on A&E Monday, Oct. 7 at 8/7c.

In each hourlong episode of Hoarders, viewers are taken on the journey of people who on the verge of a personal crisis, all caused by the fact that they are unable to part with even the tiniest possessions, and the cumulative effect becomes a mountain of junk and garbage overtaking their home or apartment.

During episode one of the new season, Hoarding cars and car parts is Tim’s way to cope. He intends to fix and sell the stuff, but he never does.

Tim’s wife, DeeDee, refuses to return home to the mess, and they face the possibility of divorce if he doesn’t clean up his hoard.

Where can I watch Hoarders season 16?

Although airing on A&E, those who have ditched basic cable can live stream new episodes of Hoarders the same day that they premiere with Philo, Sling and DirecTV Stream.

Philo is the cheapest streaming option of the three at $28 a month and comes with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

It offers three different channel packages, Sling Blue and Sling Orange that are each $40 a month and Sling Orange + Blue that is just the first two channel packages combined for $55 a month.

However, to access the A&E channel, you’ll need a Sling Orange or Sling Orange + Blue subscription.

What is DirecTV Stream?

DirecTV Stream is also alternative to regular cable, but with more exclusive channel options that Philo and Sling do not offer. These channels include ABC, NBC, ESPN, CBS, FOX and many more.

At $101.98 a month after its free trial, its base package comes with a little over 90 live channels. However, it’s pretty much the same price as regular cable.
