Who had the best Halloween costume of 2023?

Celebrity Halloween costumes were a little different this year due to SAG-AFTRA restrictions amid the ongoing actors’ strike; Hollywood stars were told not to publicize or post photos of costumes from any struck productions or TV/film studios. Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were criticized for breaking that rule with a “Kill Bill” couples costume; the Quentin Tarantino movie was distributed by Miramax, a subsidiary of Disney.

But plenty of stars managed killer looks without controversy, including Halloween queen Heidi Klum as a peacock. The supermodel shined at her Oct. 31 party at New York City’s Marquee club, featuring a DJ set by Questlove, and had backup dancers create the colorful feathers for her blue bird costume.

The “Today” show led the TV tributes to the spooky holiday with music costumes, including Al Roker as Lionel Richie, Carson Daly as Lionel Richie, Savannah Guthrie as Taylor Swift and Sheinelle Jones as Diana Ross.
