A 30-year-old man died Friday from injuries suffered in an all-terrain vehicle crash in Limestone County, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said.

Jose N. Davila-Chavez of Harvest was driving a 2013 Polaris Sportsman ATV that overturned. The crash happened about 4:45 p.m. Friday on Morgan Drive new Clovis Drive, about 12 miles east of Athens. Davila-Chavez was thrown from the ATV. He was transported by helicopter to Huntsville Hospital where he died from his injuries.

ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the crash.
