“Hannah Montana” star Emily Osment, who filed for divorce last week from Jack Anthony, has reached a settlement for that divorce just five months after the two were married.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, both Osment and the musician, whose real name is Jack Farina, gave up their rights to seek spousal support.

Osment, 32, filed for divorce from Anthony, 42, on March 7, citing irreconcilable differences. The filing reportedly stated that Osment and Anthony had signed a prenup leading up to their nuptials.

Osment listed the date of separation as Dec. 7, 2024, which was less than two months after their October wedding.
