Hannah Brown âso happy,â engaged to longtime boyfriend Adam Woolard
Hannah Brown is engaged, y’all — and yes, there was a rose.
The former star of “The Bachelorette” and Alabama native’s longtime boyfriend Adam Woolard got down on one knee while surrounded by rose petals, string lights and candles. And it appears Brown said yes.
“so happy. i love our steady love,” Brown wrote as her caption in a joint Instagram post between the two.
Dressed in a white crop-top tank top and long red-and white-striped skirt, Brown also showed off the ring in the first slide as the the couple pressed their foreheads together.
“I love you sweetie,” Woolard said in a comment on the post, complete with two red heart emojis.
Brown began dating Woolard in 2021 while living in Los Angeles. According to Cosmopolitan, Woolard works in sales and public relations and has worked as a model for several years. Hannah said he attended the University of Arkansas, creating somewhat of a (good-natured) house divided.
Other “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” stars congratulated Brown and Woolard in the comments.
“Yayyy!!! Congrats guys!” wrote former fellow contestant (and Alabama native) Hannah Godwin.
“YAY congrats!!! so happy for you guys!” said Rachael Kirkconnell.
“Amazing!!! Congratulations!!!!” said former “Bachelorette” Clare Crawley. (See the post below.)
Brown keeps climbing the media ladder, one rung at a time. The former Bachelorette, “Dancing with the Stars” champion, “Special Forces” winner, author and YouTuber just added podcasting to her growing empire.
“Better Tomorrow with Hannah Brown” launched in July, growing the Alabama native’s brand after a flurry of multimedia achievements that began in 2019 as a contestant during season 23 of “The Bachelor.”
Brown (who now lives in Nashville after a stint in Los Angeles) recently spoke to AL.com about “Better Tomorrow,” her path to self-discovery, when mental health became important to her, her competitive side, what she misses about California, why she’s glad to return to the South, Charity Lawson’s “Bachelorette” season and her beloved Crimson Tide.
ABC also teased a new season of “The Bachelor” spinoff reality series “Bachelor in Paradise,” in which Brown will appear — but she obviously is not looking for love on the beach.
The former Miss Alabama USA, Tuscaloosa native and Crimson Tide fan first landed on the reality TV radar during season 23 of “The Bachelor,” attempting to win the heart of Colton Underwood. The fan favorite brought rare levity to the dating series, eventually influencing ABC producers to cast her as lead of “The Bachelorette” in what many regarded as one of the franchise’s best outings.
She parlayed that into a stint on “Dancing with the Stars” (which she won), a popular YouTube channel, a book deal and an appearance on Fox’s reality competition show “Special Forces” (which she won). With pageants, television, social media, streaming and literature under her belt, podcasting feels like a logical progression, a field her fellow “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” alums have transitioned into, inviting her as an occasional guest.
