Gunfire in northeast Jefferson County leaves 2 shot
A shooting late Monday afternoon in east Jefferson County left two people wounded.
The shooting happened at 4:50 p.m. outside an apartment complex in the 1900 block of Bond Circle N.E. in the Center Point area.
Jefferson County sheriff’s Lt. Joni Money said two people were injured by gunfire. A third person was injured running away from the scene.
The extent of the injuries was not immediately known, Money said.
No arrests have been made.
