Gulf Shores All-State RB Kolin Wilson flips commitment to SEC school
Kolin Wilson, who helped power Gulf Shores to an undefeated season and Class 5A state title in 2023, has committed to Mississippi State.
The 5-foot-9, 190-pound senior announced his decision on social media.
He had been committed to Cincinnati.
Wilson has a breakout junior season. He rushed for 2,010 yards and 31 TDs on 212 carries, an average of 9.5 yards per carry and 134 yards per game.
Wilson and the Dolphins move into Class 6A, Region 1 this season. They open the season against Choctawhatchee, Fla., on Aug. 23.
