The Kansas City Royals host the Cleveland Guardians in MLB 2023 action Monday, Sept. 18, at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. The game will be live streamed on ESPN+.

The Guardians are 72-78 this season, while the Royals are 48-102. Cleveland will send Cal Quantrill to the mound vs. fellow right-hander Brady Singer for Kansas City.

The Guardians-Royals game starts at 1:10 p.m. Central (2:10 p.m. Eastern) and will be live streamed on ESPN+, which is available for $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. MLB Network will broadcast the game nationally, while Bally Sports Kansas City and Bally Sports Great Lakes will provide regional coverage.
