A west Huntsville man believes the proposed Greenbrier Preserve will become overcrowded for what used to be a farming community in southeast Limestone County.

“You look at the density you’re putting in,” Rabbit Lane resident Byron McGlathery told the Huntsville City Council last week. “You’ve got 23 acres and you’re putting 150 units in there. It’s just overcrowded. You’re going to have people stacked on top of each other.”
