Multi-talented rapper André 3000 is out on tour supporting his first jazz album New Blue Sun.

The tour, “New Blue Sun – Live In Concert,” will bring André 3000 and his “ambient flute music” to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. He will perform with musicians from the album: Carlos Niño, Deantoni Parks, Nate Mercereau and Surya Botofasina. The album was released in November 2023.

André 3000, is also a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer and actor, began his career with the hip-hop duo OutKast with his partner Big Boi.

Outkast released its first album Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik in 1994. The duo won a Grammy for Album of the Year for Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, a double album released in 2003. The album featured the hit single “Hey Ya!”

André has also made several appearances in films, including “Hollywood Homicide,” “Be Cool,” “Four Brothers” and “Semi-Pro.”
