FTC refunding customers of popular mattress brand: Do you qualify?
Customers of a popular mattress brand may be eligible for a refund.
The Federal Trade Commission is sending payments totaling some $45,000 to customers who bought DreamCloud mattresses sold by Resident Home LLC, the parent company of Nectar Sleep. According to the FTC, the payments are part of an order related to claims DreamClouds were “made in the USA.”

The FTC sued Resident Home and its owner, Ran Reske, in 2021 over promotional materials that claimed the products were “proudly made with 100 percent USA-made premium quality materials.” Federal officials alleged all Dream Cloud mattresses were finished overseas, and in some cases, were wholly imported or used significant amounts of imported materials.
In all, the order included some $753,000 in charges against the company.
Checks are being sent to some customers now and, in the next few months, the FTC said it will be contacting some 12,300 consumers who may be eligible. If you believe you may be eligible for a payment, you can contact JND Legal Administration at 844-798-0740.
