The first round of the Alabama High School Athletic Association flag football playoffs continued with 15 games decided on Tuesday. The first round won’t wrap up until Thursday.

Class 6A/7A Vestavia Hills, the 2023 championship runner-up, advanced to the second round with a 19-13 home win over Gadsden City.
