FBI launches website for tips on explosive device detonated at Marshall’s office
The FBI has launched a website for anyone with information on the explosive device that detonated at Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office to submit tips.
The device detonated outside Marshall’s office in Montgomery early Saturday morning.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation received a notification of a suspicious package at around 8:19 a.m. Monday. The package was confirmed to be the device that detonated at 3:42 a.m. Saturday, the agency said.
There were no injuries or damage in connection with the exploded device.
Anyone with information that could help identify persons of interest in the case was asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
