Huntsville police Friday said its Major Crimes Unit investigators are still looking into the circumstances around a fatal shooting last Saturday.

The incident happened in the 2100 block of Atkins Drive on Feb. 10, shortly after 11:20 a.m.

Pierre Jahil Seay, 32, of Huntsville, was killed in a shooting that apparently resulted after a verbal altercation between two people who knew each other.

Police said investigators interviewed all those who saw or participated in the incident.

No charges have been filed at this time. Once the investigation is complete, it will be determined if the case will be sent to a Madison County Grand Jury for a final decision to be made, police said.
