A brand new episode of the hit reality dating competition Farmer Wants A Wife premieres on FOX Thursday, March 27 at 9/8c.

On last week’s season three premiere episode, Farmer Wants A Wife viewers were introduced to this season’s four eligible farmers along with a large pooling of single women from all walks of life which the farmers narrowed down from hundreds of applicants.

Each farmer met with eight women and invited five back to the farm, sending the remaining three of their bunch back home. To help narrow down the over two dozen women included in the first episode, the farmers participated in a round of speed dating where thoughtful questions were asked, connections were made, and talents were discovered.

After the events of the premiere episode last week, the farmers hand-selected one woman out of their five to accompany them back to their farms for their first solo dates. During these dates, the farmers and their first chosen ladies have the opportunity to get to know each other better through activities such as ATV and horseback riding, attending a football game, and enjoying oysters at a marina.

Following the first solo dates of the season, each farmer will give all five ladies a tour of their farms.

Which ladies were picked for the solo dates?

Though a tough decision for all of the farmers, one woman had to be picked for the first solo date, which consists of 24 hours of uninterrupted alone time.

Farmer Matt picked Jordyn, a 32-year-old musician from Nashville, Tennessee, while Farmer Jay chose Grace, a 23-year-old nanny based in Ellensburg, Washington. Meanwhile, Farmer John selected the bold and unapologetic Samantha, a 24-year-old sales representative from Dallas, Texas. Lastly, Farmer Colton picked Bailee, a 24-year-old barista from Castle Rock, Washington to join him on the farm early.

Before time for the solo date selection process began, this season’s farmers had to select three out of their eight women to send home. Below is a list of the women that have departed so far.
