A controversial foul call decided No. 4. Kansas’ 93-89 win over No. 13 Samford. Had it not gone in Kansas’ favor, the Jayhawks may have been sent packing in round one. Without their leading scorer Kevin McCullar Jr., who is out due to injury, they aren’t nearly the same team.
