It was a fairly even day on Wall Street in the wake of the latest inflation report, and the same could be said about our Huntsville and Alabama Stock Report, which had 19 decliners and 15 gainers.

The biggest number came on the down side as U.S. Steel dropped 4.7%.

Outside of that, no stock lost more than 1.8% or gained more than 1.3%.

Adtran, the Huntsville-based telecommunications equipment company, topped the heap with a 1.3% gain.

RTX Corporation lost 1.8%.

Overall, Stocks swung through shaky trading Thursday following the latest update on inflation across the U.S., only to end up roughly where they started.
