Downtown Birmingham’s new Outback Steakhouse location is slated to open Tuesday.

SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office today announced the restaurant at 20 Midtown will open on Tuesday.

Located across the street from Publix, Outback will occupy 6,650 square feet on the corner of Third Avenue and 20th Street South, at 245 20th Street S.

Outback Steakhouse is part of Tampa-based Bloomin’ Brands. The franchise has 11 locations in Alabama, including Huntsville, Mobile, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, Auburn and Dothan.

Martin Smith with SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represented the landlord, RGS Properties, and Bryan Holt and Sam Centeno with Southpace Properties represented the tenant, Outback Steakhouse, in the transaction.
