Dolphinsâ Xavien Howard sued, allegedly filmed, shared sex videos
Xavien Howard of the Miami Dolphins is being sued for allegedly filming sex acts without a woman’s consent and sharing the video with at least one other person.
The cornerback, however, said he’ll fight the charges.
“Anyone can file a lawsuit,” Howard’s attorney Brad Sohn told TMZ. “That does not remotely mean that this lawsuit … actually has merit. This will be fought against aggressively.”
According to TMZ, the Jane Doe filed the lawsuit in Florida in May.
She alleges, per the report, she first made contact with Howard in 2016 over social media, then the two started dating in 2022. At least two different women contacted Jane Doe claiming Howard had them the video.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe didn’t consent to being filmed, and she sent him a cease-and-desist letter.
Jane Doe is suing Howard for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She’s asking for damages in excess of $50,000, per TMZ.
