Developer plans new condominium in Orange Beach as addition to Turquoise Place

Local developer Larry Wireman is seeking final approval to rezone 18.5 acres to build Turquoise Place North at 26303 and 26427 Perdido Beach Blvd., in Orange Beach, according to city records.

The land is zoned single-family and Wireman is requesting it to be zoned as Planned Unit Development for a 7-story, 90 unit condominium.

The developer is also seeking approval to build a three-story, two-unit gulf-front condominium on the west side of Turquoise Place at 26302 Perdido Beach Blvd., in Orange Beach.

Wireman’s moves are among several recent real estate transaction of note in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
