A dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 9:12 a.m. in effect until 10 a.m. for Covington County.

The weather service says, “Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.”

“Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous,” adds the weather service. “If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.”
