Death investigation underway in Florence
The Florence Police Department is investigating a death after a body was found in the area of the 2700 block of Huntsville Road, according to a recent release.
Officers received a call around 9:40 a.m. reporting a male body in the alleyway near Huntsville Road.
Police are blocking a portion of the road near the intersection of Huntsville Road and Kirkman Street while the investigation is underway.
