A young performer got the surprise of a lifetime Friday.

Nashville Broadway performer Cay Aliese was performing on Friday when country music star Jason Aldean performed a surprise duet with her.

Aliese posted a video on social media. Aldean’s wife Brittany requested a cover of Miranda Lambert’s “Tin Man” during Aliese’s set.

Before you know it, Aldean found himself an acoustic guitar, and performed “Tin Man” with Aliese.

“I used to sneak Jason Aldean on the school bus and I sing his songs every day on Broadway,” she posted with the video. “Meeting them tonight was so sweet!”
