Country music star in clear after arrest

Zach Bryan, it was reported by TMZ, has had an obstruction charge from May in Oklahoma deferred.

An Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office spokesperson told the outlet that prosecutors agreed to defer charging the country music singer for six months in May 2024.

According to the report, Bryan had to stay out of legal trouble until Nov. 14, and he would be cleared of cleared.

In May, TMZ obtained dash cam footage of Zach’s Oklahoma arrest for obstruction of a law enforcement officer last year, and showed a verbal fight.

Earlier this month, Brianna LaPaglia, known as Brianna Chickenfry, alleged she suffered abuse while in a year-long relationship with Bryan.

She alleged on her “BFFs” podcast that she faced “narcissistic, emotional abuse” for a year before they broke up last month.

Last month, Bryan confirmed the couple’s split after just more than a year in a post. Bryan made the news public on Instagram.

“Addressing something,” Bryan wrote on Instagram, “Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart. She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I’ll always thank her.”
