Country music star defends dad from getting kicked out of concert, confronts Nickelback’s sound guy
Gavin Adcock is going viral again.
This time, the country music singer was in Anderson, South Carolina, for “Rock the Country” weekend, when he defended his father from being kicked out of the concert by someone in Nickelback’s camp. It was all caught on video.
Both were performing at the event.
According to a video posted, Nickelback’s sound guy confronted his dad.
“My family had been standing there for 17 songs,” Adcock said. “I watched them the whole show, not causing any problems. You come up and get in my family’s face, trying to get my dad kicked out? And you know what, I got you kicked out. The police drug you out on top of your head, you bum. Congratulations, dude, Nickelback’s sound guy’s a real winner.”
Video of the incident shows Gavin running off the stage to confront the man.
It appears Adcock’s dad is heard, too, using expletives.
“Hey buddy, you’re gonna lose your (expletive) job, you stupid (expletive) bum, you better (expletive) off back there,” Adcock said.
The performer went back to the stage to explain to the crowd what happened.
“That was my daddy right there, and that (expletive) stupid (expletive) in the backwards hat right there was giving him a hard time, so (expletive) you, (expletive).
“When I get done with this set I’m gonna come out there and give you a piece of my mind, you piece of (expletive).”
