North Alabama Congressman Dale Strong’s bill that seeks to improve the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s ability to detect bio-terrorism threats has cleared the U.S. House.

The House passed Strong’s bill – the “DHS Biodetection Improvement Act” – by a unanimous vote, according to a news release.
