Despite more than a year of increasing interest rates slowing the market, people are still confident in the Baldwin County real estate market, January data from Baldwin Realtors, the real estate association in the county, shows.

“Listings are up, sales are up at our agency,” Rachel Romash Reese, a realtor in Daphne and immediate past president of Baldwin Realtors, says. “This is the best time of the year to sell your house.”
