Company wants to pay you $1,000 to eat cheese every night
A company is hiring people to eat cheese before they go to bed.
You might as well get paid for something you are doing for free, amirite?
A mattress-reviewing website is looking for participants for a study and will pay $1,000.
Sleep Junkie announced it is seeking five “dairy dreamers” for a three-month study that seeks to prove – or disprove – the idea that eating cheese or other dairy products before bed leads to nightmares.
Qualifications needed are desire for cheese, sleep and money.
“We also want to look at, if this is true, do different cheeses have more of an effect than others?” the company’s post states.
Five cheese-loving people will track their sleep as well as sleep quality, energy level and various dreams after consuming various cheese products right before bed.
“We’re also aware that it isn’t just nightmares that can play havoc on a good night’s sleep so we wanted to see if there was a link between the different types of cheese and other symptoms that can leave you feeling unrested,” Sleep Junkie spokeswoman Dorothy Chambers said in the announcement.
The applications will be accepted through Feb. 10.
