Cody Johnson will bring “The Leather Tour” to Birmingham next spring, he announced Monday.

Along with special guests Justin Moore and Dillon Carmichael, the country music star from Sebastopol, Texas, will perform at Legacy Arena in Birmingham Saturday, March 16, 2024.

The show coincides with Major League Fishing’s annual REDCREST Outdoor Sports Expo, the world championship of professional bass fishing wherein MLF anglers compete for the REDCREST Championship trophy and a top prize of $300,000.

Both the concert, at the Legacy Arena, and the REDCREST event will be held at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex.

MLF says, starting today, fans can enter a sweepstakes at MajorLeagueFishing.com to win a pair of front-row seats to the show before they go on sale to the public. Fans can enter the contest daily, through Wednesday, Oct. 4. Tickets for the show go on-sale to the general public beginning Friday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. You can purchase via Ticketmaster.

Johnson will also perform at the Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach on June 1, 2024.

Johnson recently headlined the 2023 Rock the South festival in Cullman along with Chris Stapleton, Riley Green and Zach Bryan.

Johnson’s latest studio album “Leather” follows 2019′s “Ain’t Nothin’ To It” and 2021′s “Human The Double Album.” Other releases include “Cody Johnson & The Rockin’ CJB Live” and “A Cody Johnson Christmas.”

Influenced by legends like Willie Nelson and George Strait, Johnson has several chart-climbers like “On My Way to You,” “Til You Can’t,” “Human” and “The Painter.” He has won CMT Music Awards including Male Video of the Year and Country Music Association Awards for Music Video of the Year and Single of the Year.
